   VMS usage within DoD has plummeted similar to most other   
   markets.   
      
   But my understanding is that so has Ada usage - DoD are   
   going with more standard solutions when possible. So some   
   of the code for the new F-47 may be written in Ada, but   
   if DoD want a system to track paperclips usage, then they   
   will do the same as BigBizInc.
