   I was talking about vendors.   
      
   ACT, Green Hill Software, WindRiver, IAR etc. are signficant   
   smaller than Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP etc..   
      
   Let us call it "specialized quality".   
      
   Point being that it is easier to become known for   
   "specialized quality" than to reach annual sales   
   of 25+ B$.
