   That is a scenario we have not discussed yet.   
      
   Everyone use either COPY (if on same network) or ZIP -V and   
   binary FTP for that.   
      
   But plain FTP should work due to STRU VMS.   
      
   Which I believe does approx. the same as ZIP -V: copy   
   the blocks and copy the file meta information and force   
   it on the target file.
