   • We have now heard from 27 end customers who have an interest in Oracle   
   Rdb on x86-64, 7 of these following the August Newsletter   
   • Of these 27, 14 have given us either a business case or at least a   
   statement   
   about their need   
   • We are working to strengthen our hand before we go back to our senior   
   management seek approval to release Rdb on x86-64 in beta and/or   
   production release   
      
      
   It sounds like they could use a few more business cases!!!!   
      
   Test status looks like they are close to wrapping up: 8896   
   good tests, 159 failing tests (93 due to one issue) and   
   744 tests not run yet (mostly network related).
