   He was also founded SoftwareOnline LLC after leaving Microsoft so was involved   
   that whole scandal.   
      
   I don't think it qualifies as a "rescue" He got the RA82 from Mitch at   
   Keyways so it's not likely it was about to be scrapped or anything.
