   Yes.   
      
   VBScript is:   
   * 30 years old   
   * deprecated and scheduled for removal in future Windows version   
   * only works with stuff that expose a COM API   
      
   So in a modified version of a famous quote: a Windows admin   
   can use any shell as long as the shell is PowerShell.
