   OK. There's a language barrier here and the above "rendering picture"   
   statement can be taken in one of two ways.   
      
   Are you talking about a program which uses these RTLs to draw a picture   
   onto the screen ? Or are you talking about creating a VMS executable image   
   instead and the RTLs are needed to provide some other functionality to   
   the application ?   
      
   Before I can make further suggestions, I need to know exactly what   
   functionality these RTLs provide. If it is really drawing a picture onto   
   the screen, then what is the exact picture format, as there could be some   
   alternatives for you to choose from.
