   Did DEC failed because of that?   
      
   Or particularly because of that the soldier VMS had a chance of   
   surviving in 2013, althought it could have been pushed in the "legacy"   
   hospice?   
      
   And yes one part of the problem is purely economic. What happens when   
   you're not exactly in the economic mainstream?...   
      
   But despite that, you survive?   
      
   Perhaps it's because there are some flaws in the main stream that   
   explain your existence. And your difficulties are just the sign of
