|    A idea of having more data on disks.    |

From: he1983912@mail.ee              I'm talking about storing at least 1,99 times more data to disks.......       8 bits -------- 1 character       8bits +1+1+1+1 and so on ---------- contains maximally 5 characters       Next 4 bits contain the fact of next 8 bits to be character or not.       8*4+8+8       -------------- = 48/16 = 3 n0       2*8       8+4+4       ------------ = 2= n1       8       Replace 4 with 10 000 and you get 1,999600.....       Is this idea already made to reality ? Anybody knows ? Before I found it       myself, I did not know anything of it....              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
