   I guess his question is simply "how do I revert the changes   
   TCPoptimizer did to my Windows(?) machine?".   
      
   I have no idea, and I suspect noone here does. I assume it changes   
   IP-related tuning parameters in the Windows registry.   
      
   Unless it's malware and his network is now slow because it's used by   
   organized crime -- if I were him, I'd google around to convince myself   
   that my copy of "TCPOptimizer" is legitimate.
