   Nope. Stevens Vol II #12.8: 'IP_MULTICAST_IF: select default interface   
   for outgoing multicasts', and this is repeated throughout 12.10. Similar   
   wording appears in all the online 'man' pages I could find, and in the   
   WINSOCK 2.2 specification.   
      
   Binding a new socket works but it is much the long way around.
