   So, normally such software is not a library or driver, but rather an   
   integral part of OS (this is why they called it ZebOS)? I was rather   
   interested why such companies may want to implement Layer2 functions in   
   software, such functions belong to hardware, as to my understanding. And   
   normally chip-makers provide SDK or driver with functionallity included,  so   
   why to pay for another software, like ZebOS ?
