   Indeed. It is quite difficult (not sure it is even possible) to find   
   a "server class" (whatever that really means :) NIC these days that   
   does not offer CKO and TSO.

   I've not read/learned much about MS CTCP, but what little I've seen   
   suggests it will behave "differently" wrt congestion control and   
   avoidance.
