|    How can I "see" tcp addresses hooked in     |

From: none@nonelandia.com              I have a TCP-IP device previously configured with an unknown TCP address, I       have user and password to manage it.              So I need to find out wich address was configured in order to configure my       leaptop in the same subnet than the device and telnet it. I will connect       them side by side with a 4 port switch, I suppose, that the device       broadcasts somehow its addres.              Would it be possible to get the device addres with some kind of tcp sniffer,       given the fact that I will most surely configure leaptop with a tcp address       in a different subnet range than the device ?              So, in short, how can I "see" tcp addresses hooked in an given ethernet       segment?              Any free software ?              Thanks in advance              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
