   If it happens all the time at the end of the exchange, that would be   
   odd.  If you just see it once and a while, that stems from ARP   
   maintaining a cache, and periodically refreshing the entries.  ARP   
   does not see or know that traffic is being exchanged successfully,   
   thus the periodic refreshes.
