   When a client connects to the port server, it sends back a response   
   containing the IP and port of the connection server.  The client closes   
   the first connection and then connects to the second IP and port.   
      
   Another way would be for the connection server to act as a proxy.  It   
   connects to the second machine, and relays traffic between the two   
   connections.
