   I suggest looking at the "XTI Interfaces" section of   
   . I guess   
   t_getinfo() and/or t_getprotaddr() apply.   
      
   With sockets one would use getsockname(), getpeername(), and getsockopt()   
   with SO_TYPE, I think.
