   The graphs for hops 8 and 9 show that the round-trip time is limited   
   by a low-bitrate link. Assuming the minimum and maximum packet sizes   
   are 64 and 1500, and the best times for each are 50ms and 130ms, this   
   gives about 17,950 bits per second - the speed of a dialup modem.
