   Where are you observing these packets? If you're capturing on the   
   sending machine you may just be seeing LSO/GSO (Large Segment Offload /   
   Generic Segmentation Offload). It's an optimisation for network cards   
   where the operating system hands the network card a large (> MTU) packet   
   and the network card breaks it up before sending it.
