   Most newsreaders allow you to define a signature. Put the URL there.   
      
   But it sounds like you want something more than a static signature, you   
   want something including a digital signature, so that it can't be copied   
   and faked. You could probably do it with PGP, similar to digital   
   signatures on an email.   
      
   Futhermore, it looks like you're not even using a newsreader, you're   
   using Google Groups. You'd probably have to compose the message in a   
   text editor, run it through the PGP utility, then paste the result into   
   GG.
