|    Detecting Wifi    |
|    23 Feb 18 08:33:25    |
I have a laptop which insists on connecting to Wifi as soon as I get in,       whereupon the router it's connecting to can presumably get its MAC address. I       would like to stop this, but I would also like to know that I've been       successful, ie. that my MAC addr        is NOT being given out to anyone!       I have a Linux laptop as well, which has a Wifi adapter - my question is: how       do I use *this* laptop to detect the "connecting to Wifi sequence" of the       above? ie. exactly WHAT this thing is giving out?              Thanks for your help.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
