I wanna listen to a foreign radio statio

   I wanna listen to it, it's keeping on saying something about "due to   
   licensing, we are blocked in your country..." blah blah - what do I do? I've   
   tried Opera browser's VPN to switch it to Asia (the station is in the middle   
   east) -> not working. Tried    
   even TOR, -> not working. (same message on both of them). What do I do? :(
