   Hi,

I'm not sure I have the actual program disks for 3.1.3, come to think of
it. But the actual Textalker software 3.1.3 was on some products
produced and published by the American Printing House for the Blind, in
Louisville, Kentucky. Not sure of changes, but I'm pretty sure 3.1.3
speaks some more useful punctuations in some punctuation mode.
