   Alas, I'm not the person who said they had the magazine.  I had posted   
   that my local university library has the issue.  However, due to the   
   pandemic rules around here, the library is shut for the time being.  If   
   it doesn't get scanned when the library reopens, I will borrow it and   
   scan it.
