   By its design, it only shows MouseText on the //c (restricts itself to   
   ASCII otherwise).   
      
   My patch makes it show MouseText on an Enhanced //e or IIgs as well, by   
   patching the detection routine to treat them as a //c.  (Enhancement   
   patch)
