   So can you tell me what a good program in Windows would be to export the files   
   from the .D64 image? I have Windows 7 in Virtual Box on my Mac. If I can find   
   a way to get the files out in Windows I have Ciderpress that I could use to   
   place them in an    
   Apple II dsk image.
