   Looking at the source, Prodos_Create.c line 460 appears to be intentionally   
   setting the field to name_case.  BuildProdosCase() always uses a nonzero   
   value, even when all letters are upper-case ($8000).  Changing the   
   SetWordValue argument to 0x0005 should    
   fix it (not tested).
