   If you configured the Phantom module with a drive that is no longer available   
   for any reason, when you select Configure, your only option is okay, like you   
   have the disk to put in and not cancel because the disk is not available.    
   This requires a forced    
   restart as you are unable to exit from the menu.  Select Effect button does   
   what the missing cancel button on the configure menu should do…. Let you   
   select a drive and module…
