   I have two Atari TT Ram boards, one with 4Mb and the other with 16Mb.   
   I noticed that they share the same square IC C300869-001A. So I'm wondering   
   if the 4Mb one can be upgraded to a 16Mb by changing the SIMMs   
   (you can say: just do it and you'll know... but they are soldered! and it's   
   too long a work if the answer is NO).   
   The 4Mb has number CA400312 and only three jumpers W,W2,W3.
