   If colour, it might be a power supply problem.

   There were multiple PCB layouts, some with different numbering for the ROM   
   sockets (and all other parts).   
      
   However, the ROMs work in all models, and a 1.04 ROM set should work in all   
   machines where the same number of 1.00 ROMs are used. If you have a two-chip   
   1.04 set, you will need to adjust 2-3 resistors on the PCB to use them   
   instead of a 6-chip set.
