   If you mean write code, the answer is he is a beginner.

   Well, he feels that he would be put on a Black List, which   
   could lead to people advoiding him, Job loss, and other   
   bad stuff that comes with the territory.   
      
   He won't even subscribe to this newsgroup in any form.
