   I agree with that.   
      
   One of the problems with online Auctions is the seller doesn't really know   
   what the   
   buyer can aford.   
      
   If I was on a desert and needed water and had $2.00. I don't think it's   
   right for someone   
   to charge me $2.00 for each drop however.
