   There is one french newsgroup fr.comp.sys.atari, but it looks like it   
   suffers from the same problems as the others:   
   - most posts are not directly linked to Atari   
   - a signifiant part of them are insulting, or realy bad jokes...   
   - when you try to talk about Atari... sometimes you dont't get any   
   answer, or something like that:   
   "why do you still use your STE? you should get a Falcon for your problem"   
   Or if you have a Falcon: "you can't use your machine for that, jump to   
   Aranym"   
   Or if you have Aranym "Your not a real Atarian, I use my TT!"   
   etc   
   etc   
      
   But still some posts are interesting, and a source of informations for   
   me. But, yes..  we're ot a community anymore, nor a family, nor working   
   together to share our passion.   
      
   We have a more general forum "ordinosaures" that could be translated as   
   "computosaurs" for retro computing. Talks about C64, Amstrad, Apple II   
   etc.. and Atari of course!
