    	Someone correct me if I'm wrong (it's been a long time). Apex (Media?)   
   is an art/animation package that is capable of full "TrueColor" (16-bit) color,   
   and can make use of Nemesis to reach a 640x480 on-screen TrueColor mode. It was   
   pretty nice. I only used it once or twice, though.   
      
    	Also, and this is a totally picky thing (I'm a writer), so don't take   
   offense at this: it's regardless, not irregardless. Sorry, but that's one of my   
   pet peeves. I'm just picky that way.
