   I think this debate is kind of storm in a tea-cup... :-(   
   You could name it whatever you want, letting it be detected as   
   actual TOS.   
   You didn't patch anything so far, but had to do some work in order   
   to mix the 2 versions.   
   So, yes, it's still detected as TOS by other apps, but no, it can   
   be considered as non official TOS.   
   Name it whatever-you-want-TOS and go on with this great piece of   
   work, so everyone is happy. :-)
