The button for the disk drive could be catching on the case.
Those 2 screws on the back connect to a metal brace for the
   floppy and hard drive.

iirc you also have to unplug 2 sets of wires located in the top part of the
monitor case and also unscrew a large green wire. If you want to take
the whole case off. The monitor screen will remain with the top case.
There is also a metal sheilding to remove to get to the MB.

Be careful when removing the keyboard. It has a plastic ribbon connection
with contacts. The keyboard just sits in there with this connection.

Pry open the monitor screen at the top edges and look inside and you'll see
   the connectors.
