I had an ICD AdSpeed16 in one of my Stacys. It worked fine.

A tip when removing the old 68000: Cut all the legs, then desolder each
leg individually. If you don't do this, there's a good chance that
you'll lift or damage some tracks on the motherboard.

Forget about this, unless you manage to find a 9" VGA AND a graphics
card. The LCD in the Stacy is not bad, but most Stacys have burned-out
backlights by now. They use sheets of EL-film which are powered by a
transformer on the PSU regulator board. The film wears out and the
screen goes dim and virtually unusable. Replacing the EL-film with a new
one (or even better, reflective backlight sheet and white LEDs around
   the edge) will do wonders.

   Good luck! ;-)
