Every Windows computer she tried       couldn't read them, but my Vista computer would read 3 of them.              I have some graphic program installed, and darned if that program didn't       read the damaged files. It was able to pull the image data, but the       metadata was lost. She was a happy camper, as I burned all the images       to a CD for her.              I wish I had the time to use it more, I still miss using it. I've got       an HP/Compaq 9500 CRT attached for a monitor.              I wish someone had developed an interface for the Hades that let you       connect the SLM804 laser, as I still have mine.              I suspect too many people don't even know what the Usenet is, anymore. :-(                     --       Ken       Mac OS X 10.11.6       Firefox 53.0.2 (64 bit)       Thunderbird 52.0       "My brain is like lightning, a quick flash        and it's gone!"              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
