For a one time limited period of 18-24 months with absolutely no
extensions even if the planet is invaded by alien rodents.

The purpose would be to help sustain the most recently unemployed
(Within the last 90 days) create jobs, upgrade industries, and completely
eliminate all the bullshit leftist college degrees that do not prepare
   people to work.

Anybody who wasn't working some kind of job on the 91st day doesn't want
to work in the first place and would not be entitled. Let them scratch
   and beg to exist.
