   I have stated quite openly that I regard myself as a good guy. I don’t   
   mean that as a claim to sainthood, merely as a statement of intent: I   
   try to act honestly, verify what I’m told, and treat people fairly   
   unless given a reason not to.   
      
   Being a good guy doesn’t mean avoiding disagreement or uncomfortable   
   facts. It means not inventing motives, not relying on abuse, and not   
   mistaking volume for evidence.   
      
   I judge people — Gremlin and Snit included — by how they’ve interacted   
   with me and by what I can independently verify. That approach has been   
   consistent for years.   
      
   If you have evidence that contradicts anything I’ve said, present it. If   
   there are errors, point them out.   
      
   This is indistinguishable from trolling, and I won’t be engaging further.
