   Some of us run an OS to rejuvenate an old computer.   
      
   My personal habit is to buy a Windows box and either dual boot or   
   strip off Windows.   
      
   I have one dual boot so I can occasionally test my code on   
   Windows. I use the mingw compiler there. I don't give a rat's ass   
   about Visual Studio. I'm done with it. Let somebody else get up   
   off their keister and port it.
