   Ummmmmm...what?

Apple's support goes on for years, dude.

My last laptop was a 13" MacBook Pro (A1502) from early 2015, and I only
replaced it with my current M3 MacBook Air in early 2024.

I got about 8.5 years out of it, and when I finally replaced it, it was
   capable of running macOS (12)...

...which came out AFTER I'd already replaced the machine.

Which is good usage, I grant you.

But don't pretend that "Apple cease[s] support in a few years".
