   My guess is Arlen's iOS devices constantly nag him to login because he   
   refuses do so. You have logged in to your Apple account so it doesn't   
   nag you unless you're downloading from the Apple Store or messing with   
   security settings. The same goes with Microsoft Windows 11.   
      
   Remember that Arlen's #1 priority with his devices is privacy so he will   
   bend over backwards to avoid logging in or enabling location services.   
   Those alone will require verification of identity numerous times.
