   I have issued a NoCeM for the three articles and banned the user. Whether your   
   servers honor the NoCeM or not is up to them.   
      
   (Somewhat) fortunately, this happened just hours after I placed new user   
   limits on number of posts. It would require the user to spend over an hour to   
   make the three posts they did.   
      
   Note: Spam can be reduced, but never completely eliminated. Please don't   
   compare the occasional 3 spam to Google's wave of tens of thousands per day.
