   Thanks to everyone who has helped so far ,   
   	The cable is made ,the catweasel arrived (MK4). Note ,with   
   windows 98 using a dos box you MUST have the drivers loaded for the   
   catweasel to work with this card. Using the image on Tim Manns' web   
   site (l2-631ds.dmk) and his excellent dmk2cw program The system now   
   boots LDOS. Hopefully this means the z80 main board is in good   
   working order.   
   	Of course now I need further assistance. Could anyone   
   please email me images of the XENIX os and dev kits in dmk format.   
   At the least the boot disk ,this would confirm the 68000 and memory   
   are still in working order.
