   A Panasonic printer we had (actually, still have at my parents) which was   
   MX-80 compatible-ish has the IBM 2x3 block graphics, from chr$(160) to   
   chr$(223), an offest of 32 from the TRS-80 screen character codes.   
      
   I even tried to write (when I was 10) a wedge for the JKL (press J, K and L   
   at the same) screen dump print routine under NewDOS/80 to check each   
   character being printed and add 32 to it if it was in the range 128-191.   
   But it failed horribly because I failed to appreciate the difference between   
   JUMP and CALL...
