   The 4P was not in RSC-15 (1986). The 4D was first shown in RSC-15 (1986)   
   and was still in RSC-20 (1989).   
      
   The 2000 and 6000 were in the 1987 catalog, but missing in 1989 (I don't   
   have 1988).   
      
   The Model 102 was still in the 1989 catalog.
