   I wouldn't use any liquid lube.   
   I would recommend a dry BUT NOT GRAPHITE lube.   
      
   I'd prefer one with paraffin wax, but teflon powder would probably work   
   as well.  I happen to have a tube sold by the Boy Scouts to lubricate   
   wheels on pinewood derby (wood block derby) cars.  It is cleaner than   
   graphite, but does not work near as well for racing.  I've used it to   
   lubricate flip phones, calculators, etc. and should be just the thing   
   for plastic on plastic in a keyboard.   
      
   BUT DO NOT USE GRAPHITE!
