In the photo, the drive jumpers selections are:
On the left side 2 jumpers labeled "M1 & M2"
To the right of those jumpers is the second row of jumpers labeled "0, 1, 2
   & 3".

I've tried a few things at this point. Its like working a puzzle to say the
   least! ;-)
I tried clamping a couple of floppy connectors (the older 40 pin type) onto
the stock Edge Card cable. Ones I knew to be from pin 1 attached to the 3.5
floppies as master & slave drives. I plugged in the stock 5.25" master drive
in the computer and that drive worked like it should. It still doesn't see
the 3.5 yet. I've tried different jumper combinations and cable set ups and
still have not gotten lucky, As a matter of fact as a side note, some of
these combinations seem to have actually corrupted a couple of the 5.25 OS
floppies I was using. I'd get a fresh disk and it booted up okay again. That
   was weird.
It would be great if I had either a cable or 3.5 floppy drive I knew was
setup & working correctly, instead of trying to figure this out with two of
the items not setup right at the same time.

   Any other tips greatly appreciated.
   :-)
   TIA,
   -Chris
