   What OS?  I had CP/M (and clones, eg TurboDOS) systems which came from   
   the builders with all kinds of odd disk formats.  Mostly they were 8"   
   drives.  IIRC, the TurboDOS multi-user system had the highest capacity,   
   at 1.6MB per 8" DSDD floppy.  Those capacities were not equalled on a   
   floppy until DSHD 3-1/2" media was nearly obsolete.
